Hey Mark, stop and take a picture for me in Depoe Bay, Oregon ! It's a small town on 101; if you blink, you'll miss it. My parents have a cabin there. It's South of Siletz Bay.
Also, Devil's Punchbowl State Park, South of Depoe Bay, offers some spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from a high vantage point.
